Union Rd and Mont Albert Road Level Crossing Removal TOC $600M, (FSC Group/SEPA)

Removal of 2 of Victoria’s rail level crossings at Mont Albert Road, Mont Albert, and Union Road, Surry Hills.
 

Installation of a piled wall trench allowing the lowering of the train line beneath the new Mont Albert Road and Union Road bridges. Demolition of the existing Mont Albert Station and Surry Hill Station and construction of the new premium Union Station.

Suburban Rail Loop - Early Works, $500M (FSC Group/LORA) VIC

Early works enabling package of the Suburban Rail Loop Stage 1.

 

Major utility relocations, construction of TBM lunch shaft at
Burwood and decline structure at Heatherton, relocation of Box Hill Tram Terminus.

 

Cut to Fill including rehabilitation and reclamation of a major landfill for the future construction new stabling yard in Heatherton.

Monash Freeway Widening Stage 2, $1.4B (FSC Group/CPB Contractors) VIC

36km of new lanes on the Monash and Princes Freeways, between Warrigal Road and EastLink outbound,
EastLink to Springvale Road inbound and Clyde Road to Cardinia Road, in both directions.


Connection of Police Road to the freeway with an outbound entry ramp. Connection of the Jacksons Road
outbound ramps directly to EastLink with a separate road.

 

Installing smart, on-road technology across the project, including extending the lane-use management system from the South Gippsland Freeway to the Beaconsfield Interchange, upgrading the Beaconsfield Interchange to a diamond interchange, and adding an inbound freeway exit-ramp and an outbound freeway entry-ramp.

 

Upgrading O’Shea Road to three lanes in each direction between Clyde Road and Soldiers Road. Construction of the new O’Shea Road extension to join the Beaconsfield interchange.
